Please read carefully the following information, which relates to purchase transactions made through this portal.

  1. Online Sales General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any tickets sold for the event (hereafter ticket) to service users (the client) to gain access to private events (in addition to any other products and/or services that may be included in such events). Ticket purchase is made available through the portal  www.ugeventi.com.  The ticket sales system for private events is carried out, traded and managed by Unstoppable Generation Srl, with registered office at Via dell’Ospedaletto Giustianiani 14, 00189 Roma (RM) – Italy, Registration REA RM – 1493796, VAT and TAX CODE 14067251000, share capital of € 10,000, fully paid, hereinafter referred to as Unstoppable Generation. Through this portal each user, after proper registration, is able to carry out the ticket purchase relating to the event and related services as presented in the portal itself http://www.ugeventi.com

  1. Organizers

Unstoppable Generation is in charge of managing the events.Unstoppable Generation has the right to decide every aspect and mode of sale of the Tickets as they are also the tax subject receiving payments.

  1. Tickets and Events

3.1 Clients can purchase valid tickets to access the event venue by accessing the website www.ugeventi.com. Tickets are subject to the same terms and conditions that apply to the Client.

3.2 Tickets cannot be sold or traded.Alternatively, tickets may be subject to a name change if performed through the on-line system of ticket sale of unstoppable Generation. Name change regulations will be provided on the ticket purchase page.

3.3 Unstoppable Generation has the right to cancel a purchase order, at any time, for reasons due to force majeure or events that are not dependent on their will. Specifically,  if payment has not been processed within the time specified,  Unstoppable Generation reserves the right to cancel the purchase transaction.

  1. Payment methods

Payment methods are approved and made available to the Clients by Unstoppable Generation, which can apply limitations and exclusions to payment methods used by the Client, for safety or other reasons. Payment by credit card is carried out Monetaweb Setefi, the company in charge of payment automation in Italy in the banking sector and on-line e-commerce. Transactions are absolutely safe and through highly secure protocols (3D Secure Code). Credit cards accepted for payment are: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON and POSTPAY. Credit card transaction authorization is immediate and takes place simultaneously with the order confirmation, the actual transaction could take place a few days later. Clients’ credit card data will not be managed or store in Unstoppable Generation’s servers, nor by banking services different from those that are made available for payment. In the event that payment via bank transfer or through PostePay and Paypal is made available, Unstoppable Generation will send the Client IBAN or card number information, which the client can send the payment to. Such transfer must be strictly processed within the specified terms. In case of payments through PayPal should be made available, such payment may be offered either automatically or at the Organizer’s email address notified to the Client in the transaction confirmation email sent by Unstoppable Generation at the end of the on-line purchase process. Such payment must be made within the time specified.

  1. Price of the Ticket and service fees

The price of the ticket is shown on the website and on the ticket itself as decided by Unstoppable Generation, which is the event organizer.

  1. Confirmation of successful transaction

Each successful transaction confirmation will be notified by Monetaweb Setefi and Unstoppable Generation to the email address provided by the Client during the registration process, as a transaction confirmation and order summary notification. Each communication contains the event information related to the Ticket purchased, the data about payment methods, Client’s information and a unique order number for each transaction, which identifies the transaction.

The Client must keep a copy of the confirmation email. In case the Client receives an email containing the qrcode, this must be shown at the desk to access the venue.

  1. Right to cancel

Tickets and packages cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded after purchase.

The Client will not be able to claim the right to cancel l according to article 55 of the Consumer’s Policy and according to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, as stated in article 7 paragraph B. Alternatively, the Client may opt for a NAME CHANGE procedure. The name change can be processed only through on-line ticket sales system made available by Unstoppable Generation.

  1. Event cancellation or rescheduling

Unstoppable Generation is in no way responsible for any inconvenience caused by event rescheduling or cancellation that are due to reasons of force majeure or occurrences that are independent from their will. In case such events would occur, the Ticket shall not be refund but the Client can apply for a replacement of the Ticket for the new date of the Event. In any case, the client has the right to apply for a NAME CHANGE at the conditions described in the Ticket purchase web portal..

  1. Ticket storage and delivery

The client will receive an email from events@ugeventi.con containing a QRcode with all the ticket details including the services purchased and included in the ticket. A copy of the email and QRcode must be shown at the registration desk the day of the event in order to get service tickets and gain access to the event venue and relevant services. Clients failing to show the email or a copy of the QRcode will not have the right to get the token they purchased. After registration and collection of the token, in no event Unstoppable Generation shall replace the Ticket due to misplacement, loss, damage, tear or destruction, nor in case the Ticket has been stolen or has become partially illegible.

  1. Limitations of liability and rights of Unstoppable Generation

Unstoppable Generation is not responsible in any way for any damage, whether direct and indirect, of any nature suffered by the Client in relation to the services offered.

Unstoppable Generation also reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or interrupt any system or service due to a  force majeure vents or events that are out of their will.

  1. Prohibitions

Tickets can not be used for political, commercial, advertising or other promotional purposes (such as, for example, prize competitions) except under prior written permission of Unstoppable Generation.

  1. Event manager’s Regulations

The sale is performed under the conditions set out by Unstoppable Generation that, when specified, can be found in the section relating the event on the website www.ugeventi.com. General conditions in this section shall be understood as to be completed by those applying to the event in question, as necessary. Therefore, the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions implies that the Client also accepts the conditions that apply to the event when published on the event page. In case of incoherence issues between General and Specific conditions, the latter shall prevail.

  1. General provisions

13.1 The invalidity of any provision contained in these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

13.2 Unstoppable Generation reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions as necessary.

13.3 Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03 “Protection of personal data”, Unstoppable Generation Srl – registered address in via dell’Ospedaletto Giustiniani 14, 00189 Roma (RM) – as data controller for the collection of data provided by the ticket holder during the ticket purchase process, is required to provide to the ticket holder information relating to the use of personal data as stated in the Privacy Policy available in the relevant section of the website www.ugeventi.com.  According to such policy, data treatment is intended as “any operation or set of operations, carried out without the aid of electronic instruments, relating to collection, recording, management, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data, even when not stored in a database”.
